Nobody remembers the shape of the yard. They remember standing on the patio, drink in hand, watching kids or grilling burgers. Designed right and poured right, a concrete patio is where the yard actually gets used — spring through fall, year after year.
We build patios like they’re structural work, not landscaping. Compacted stone base, wire mesh or rebar reinforcement, proper pitch so water sheets off toward the yard instead of pooling against the house. Then stamped, colored, and sealed to look like whatever design you want — flagstone, brick, ashlar, wood plank. Not a decal — the pattern is stamped into the surface while the concrete is still wet.

How much does a stamped concrete patio cost in Cleveland?
Every patio is priced on the actual job — square footage, pattern complexity, color layers, elevation changes, seat walls, and site access all move the number. Basic broom-finish slabs are on the lower end; custom multi-color patterns with integrated features are more. Keith comes out, walks the yard, and puts honest numbers in writing.
Will a stamped concrete patio survive Ohio winters?
Yes, when it’s built right. Freeze-thaw damage on stamped concrete comes from three things: bad sub-base, wrong concrete mix, and failed sealer. We use air-entrained concrete rated for freeze-thaw, proper base prep, and a penetrating sealer that we re-apply every 3–5 years. Patios we poured 15+ years ago still look sharp.
Can you build a fire pit or seat wall into the patio?
Yes. Seat walls and fire pit pads get poured with the patio so they’re part of the slab, not something added later. If you want a masonry fire pit or wall structure on top, we prep the pad to the right dimensions and elevation and coordinate with a masonry contractor.
Do you tear out old patios and pour new?
Yes. Full tear-out and haul-off is standard on replacement jobs. If the existing patio is structurally solid, we can sometimes overlay it with a stamped decorative topping — but on cracked or heaved slabs, replacement is the honest answer.
What about the walkway from the driveway or front porch?
Same stamping options at whatever scale you want. Walkways can match the patio, contrast with it, or be plain broom finish — depends on the look you’re going for. We can pour patio + walkway on the same trip.
